Helping active
people stay active
Pain is rarely just about pain. Whether you’re training for your next race or simply want to hike, golf, lift, or play with your kids without discomfort, my goal is to help you understand what’s causing your symptoms and build a plan that aligns with your goals. Because performance is personal.
Evidence-based sports medicine, diagnostic ultrasound, image-guided procedures, rehabilitation strategies, and — when appropriate — orthobiologic therapies.
Shoulder
From rotator cuff and biceps tendinopathy to instability and arthritis — evaluated with a movement exam and, when useful, diagnostic ultrasound.
A diagnosis is only the beginning.
Treatment should never be based solely on an MRI report or X-ray. It starts with understanding your symptoms, examining how you move, identifying the tissues involved, and discussing what matters most to you.
Depending on your condition, care may include education, rehabilitation planning, activity modification, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound-guided procedures, orthobiologic treatments for appropriate candidates, energy medicine, exercise prescription, and collaboration with physical therapists and other specialists.
Let’s figure out what’s actually going on.
If pain is limiting the activities you love, a thorough evaluation is the first step toward a plan built around your goals.
